Stitches is an active item.
Effects
- Spawns a familiar that flies diagonally across the room, switching direction upon hitting walls.
- Swaps the positions of Isaac and Stitches when activated.
- Switching positions while Stitches is on top of an enemy or boss will deal high damage to said enemy, killing most enemies in a single hit.
Synergies
- BFFS!: Isaac will emit 8 tears from his starting position when switching.
Notes
- When playing with Jacob & Esau, if Jacob and Esau are close to each other, both of them will be transported. Otherwise, only the one who uses Stitches will be transported.
- Switching positions while Stitches is on top of a shopkeeper will destroy it, granting its pickups without needing to use a bomb.
- Switching positions will grant a very brief period of invincibility, which can allow free access to Curse Rooms.
- Switching positions while Stitches is on top of fires will destroy them. This includes blue fires.
