Special Seeds
Antibirth introduces new unique level seeds that add various effects on the game:

Heavily distorts the screen and audio similar to the one caused by frequent usage of the Black Mushroom. |

Replaces walls with a background that cycles between various neon-colors and flashes whenever an enemy is killed. |

Desaturates all colors except red, slightly distorts the screen, adds a darkness overlay and a grainy filter. |
| FART FACE |
Reskins Jacob & Esau into Green Pepper and Baggy Cap, two of _Kilburn's original characters. |
