Sharp Key is an active item.
Effects
- Grants 5 keys.
- Consumes a key and allows it to be thrown, damaging enemies.
- Keys pierce through enemies, destroy obstacles, and can open secret and super secret rooms.
Interactions
- Cricket's Body: Sharp Key splits into 4 smaller ones, which have identical effect but less damage.
- All status-effect applying items:Common Cold, Rotten Tomato, Fire Mind, Iron Bar.
- Ipecac:Sharp Key explodes on impact with blocks, enemies or walls.
- Spoon Bender/Sacred Heart/Godhead:Tears home on enemies.
- Ouija Board: Sharp Key can pass through blocks.
- Rubber Cement: Sharp Key can bounce off walls and enemies, overriding piercing effect
- Tiny Planet: Sharp Key now orbits around Isaac.
Notes
- Sharp Key can also be used to open locked doors and golden chests.
- Sharp Key can be affected by spectral tears. Thus, it wouldn't be able to destroy rocks.
