Saturnus is a passive item.

Isaac is surrounded by an aura.
- The aura grants 7 orbiting tears when entering a new room.
- The aura has a chance to absorb incoming enemy tears, causing them to orbit Isaac.
- The 7 starting tears in the aura match the damage and effects of Isaac's tears.

Polyphemus: The aura granted by Saturnus causes Isaac's tears to travel through enemies while in orbit.
A Lump of Coal: New tears spawned when entering a room increase in size and damage, resulting in a MASSIVE amount of damage if held long enough.
Death's Touch: The aura granted by Saturnus causes Isaac's tears to travel through enemies while in orbit.
Cricket's Body: When the spawned tears drop to the floor, they each spawn 4 more tears that orbit around Isaac for a short time.
