  • The aura has a chance to absorb incoming enemy tears, causing them to orbit Isaac.

• Polyphemus: The aura granted by Saturnus causes Isaac's tears to travel through enemies while in orbit.
• A Lump of Coal: New tears spawned when entering a room increase in size and damage, resulting in a MASSIVE amount of damage if held long enough.
• Death's Touch: The aura granted by Saturnus causes Isaac's tears to travel through enemies while in orbit.
