Rock Bottom is a passive item.
Effects
- Upon pickup, all stats are reverted to the character's base stats. Prevents stats from being lowered the rest of the run.
- This applies to trinkets or use items that give temporary stats ups, such as Cancer and Mega Mush, and can be used to retain their effects even after they have been dropped, effectively turning them into permanent stat upgrades.
- However, in most cases the stats up will not stack; affected stats will simply remain unchanged if related trinkets are picked up again or items are used again.
- Not all temporary stat-up items can keep their effect: For example, Book of Belial's damage up effect still goes away after leaving current room.
- Damage multipliers can still be reduced by picking up items such as Soy Milk: Your current damage will not change but further damage-up will be lowered.

Notes
- Experimental Treatment can still lower your stats.
