R Key is an activated item.
Effects[ | ]
- Upon use, restarts the game to the first floor, keeping all previously collected items. The game timer does not restart. Allows angels rooms to be found even if the previous run included devil deals.
- Does not heal Isaac on use, so be careful.

- R Key changes the map of previous floors, while the current floor's layout remains the same.
- Using R Key will not prevent Magic Skin from showing up if it has been used before.
