Effects[]
- Allows Isaac to grab obstacles and throw them, damaging enemies.
- Red Poops, if picked up and thrown, won't respawn.
- Allows Isaac to pick up his own placed bombs and throw them like Red Bombs.
- If Isaac picks up a bomb rock it will explode when hitting the ground/an enemy.
- Can be used to take off the skull of a Host to turn it into a Red Host.
