Immaculate Heart is a passive item.
Effects
- +1 Red Heart container
- x1.2 damage multiplier
- In addition to regular tears, Isaac fires tears that orbit around him.
- The tears are spectral and have the same stats and tear effects as regular tears.
Notes
- Unlike orbiting tears fired by Tiny Planet, the tears from Immaculate Heart follow the character without delay and stay at a constant distance.
