Freezer Baby is a passive item.

Grants a familiar that fires freezing tears.
- If killed by freezing tears, enemies turn to ice. Walking into a frozen enemy shatters it, firing icicles in all directions that can also freeze enemies.
- Has a chance to petrify enemies and bosses.
