- 20/20- Both of Isaac's eyes will gain the effect of Eye Drops, causing him to shoot tears very rapidly.
- Chocolate Milk - Isaac shoots 2 tears at the same time.
- Technology - No effect.
- Mom's Knife - Decreases charge time
