• Significantly increases fire rate.

• Tears gain random worm and movement effects.

Synergies

• Libra - Decreases fire rate slightly, but significantly increases all other stats, similar to how Libra and Soy Milk work together.
• Mom's Knife - Knife turns yellow. Fire rate increase causes the knife to travel further with a shorter hold time.

Interactions

• Dr. Fetus - Allows the rapid firing of bombs. The worm effects apply to the bombs shot out. This can result in self-injury as the bomb's erratic patterns include zig-zagging and orbiting the user, which makes it difficult to avoid the explosion, especially if many bombs are fired at once.
• Soy Milk - Soy Milk partially overrides Almond Milk: The damage multiplier and fire rate formula only follows effect of Soy Milk, but the randomized tear trail of Almond Milk still exists; on the other word, Almond Milk decreases Soy Milk's damage output by lowering accuracy with no benefit.
